It’s now been almost 3 weeks since I last heard from Nalgene.

This is my last Nalgene bottle

This is my last Nalgene bottle

Still trying to get a simple answer to the very simple question: Is it okay to continue using our Nalgene bottles that were manufactured with BPA? We have the Nalgene OTG bottles with the #7 and PC on the bottom. You might want to check the bottom of your bottles. PC = polycarbonate/BPA = bad.

For those not playing along – I started this process on May 12th. I’ve received some “form” type emails back with some very generic information and even a discount code to buy new Nalgene bottles. Nifty.

At this point, I’m not losing sleep over this company’s gross inability to address the needs of their customers in a timely and honest manner. I’m not buying their products ever again. I’m recommending that you and everyone you know think long and hard about giving another dime to and supporting a company that couldn’t care less about YOU. First they made products with harmful stuff in them and now they can’t fess up and shoot straight.

And…I just want to see how long it’ll take to get an honest answer.

More as it happens…
